About
Howard Weitzner has spent the majority of his legal career devoted to representing the injured victims of negligence. Over the last 19 years, his zealous pursuit of justice for the injured has earned him the distinction of being named to the Super Lawyers Top Attorneys in Florida-Rising Stars list from 2014-2019. Mr. Weitzner has represented thousands of injured South Florida community members and recovered millions of dollars for them following car accidents, trucking accidents, premises liability accidents (slip/trip and fall), medical malpractice, wrongful deaths, and business disputes.
Prior to opening his own firm in 2024, Mr. Weitzner worked for one of the largest personal injury law firms in the state as well as with a boutique firm, where he gained tremendous experience and knowledge in how to effectively represent the interest of his injured clients in front of insurance company, opposing attorney and jury. Mr. Weitzner takes his large firm knowledge and couples it with personalized, individual client attention to give his clients the counsel, advice, advocacy and compassion they deserve.

Mr. Weitzner lives in Parkland, Florida, with his wife, Melissa, and two sons. The family is involved in numerous local organizations and active members of B'nai Torah synagogue. Mr. Weitzner was born in Red Bank, New Jersey, and moved to Coral Springs, Florida with his family at the age of nine, where he was raised until college. He is a graduate of the University of Florida, with Bachelor's of Science in Public Relations, and obtained his law degree from the University of Miami.
