ARIEL R. ENISMAN, ESQ.is a passionate attorney based in Broward and Palm Beach County, Florida. Ariel finds solutions for individuals with both simple and unique Estate Planning requirements. Ariel works with clients both locally and across the continental US through the utilization of secure technology to assist you both in person or virtually. Ariel takes tremendous pride in her work and has the experience to assist individuals and families with intended and unintended consequences. Ariel will utilize her emotional intelligence to take the time to understand the full picture of your situation in order to put together the best strategy and solution for you.

Ariel has shown a mastery of her knowledge and has given hundreds of presentations and lectures on Estate Planning and Asset Protection. Ariel has also published numerous articles on the subject, as well as appeared on multiple network radio shows to discuss her knowledge and help people protect their assets and ensure they are taking the proper steps in managing their estate.

Ariel holds a Law degree from Nova Southeastern University Law School, where she went on to become a mentor to other law students. Her previous education includes a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Miami.

Today, Ariel Enisman is active in a number of professional advisory committees throughout South Florida. She remains dedicated to continuing her knowledge of estate planning and asset protection to provide her clients the best possible service and protection they could receive. In a true sign of her dedication and commitment to not only provide outstanding quality work but to give back to her community Ariel received the award for Woman of the Year for The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society in 2016. Ariel had worked tirelessly with them in order to raise funds for LLS blood cancer research in honor of local blood cancer surviving children.

Ariel, originally from Poughkeepsie, NY, is currently residing in Palm Beach county, Florida where she enjoys spending time with friends and family as well as playing tennis and occasionally getting away for a nice ski trip.
