Dedicated family man, married for 25 years and three children. An active member of the Jewish community in Venezuela, he started his leadership training since he was 12. Born in Miami and married, David grew up in Caracas, Venezuela and moved back to Miami in 2016. A driven entrepreneur and business-oriented professional, he was a Civil Engineer with over 11 years’ experience. Volunteer work fills him with satisfaction in serving and giving back the community. “My number one priority is to assess and understand the loss, give reassurance to a customer when he calls PuroClean, and never quit until their expectations are surpassed”

After evaluating the real estate industry in Miami, we recognized that many structures are frequently affected by water or fire. South Florida has great weather but due to the tropical climate, the impact of the storms can be harsh. Frequent storms cause flooding, and hurricanes often result in extensive damage to residential and commercial properties.

While setting up PuroClean of Aventura and evaluating individual experiences, we concluded that a good percentage of property owners have been victims of property damage. Those often include issues involving water originated from natural causes like heavy rain or hurricanes. Damage can also come from malfunctioning water heaters or AC units in their home or business.

Ricardo’s experience in Retail Banking and Technology Services combined with David’s knowledge of the Construction and General Contracting industries are the perfect mix to match the PuroClean culture. It is based on understanding the customer’s situation and needs and responding to them by taking action to restore and remediate properties damaged by water and fire.
