With twenty (20) years of litigation and estate planning experience, Mr. Bain designs estate plans that keep families out of court, and protected if they ever end up there. Likewise, Mr. Bain guides families through probate and trust administration efficiently.
Entertainment Law and Sports Law: Mr. Bain has extensive experience in the area of representing artists, musicians, managers, actors and athletes regarding any and all contract negotiations. He also assists creative clients with advancing music, film, and entertainment projects, including recording, licensing, production, and related business opportunities. His sports law practice includes negotiating and preparing contracts for athletes and others working within the sports industry, including, but not limited to, NIL contracts for collegiate athletes.
Mediation: As a Mediator, Attorney Mark Bain has first-hand experience in conducting Family Law and Civil mediations, assisting clients with expeditiously resolving their cases in order to avoid the unnecessary cost of attorney’s and expert fees and costs. Mr. Bain at all times utilizes his mediation expertise to amicably settle your case prior to proceeding to litigation. Mr. Bain is also a part-time adjunct professor of law at Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law, where he assists in the Advanced Legal Analysis Program.
