A graduate of Cornell Law School, Michelle pairs her legal expertise with over a decade of real-world entrepreneurial experience running her own apparel brand.

After building that business from the ground up—handling everything from design to marketing—Michelle realized how confusing and overwhelming the legal side of entrepreneurship could be, even for a trained attorney. That moment sparked a mission: to make brand protection feel accessible, stress-free, and even empowering for fellow business owners.
