The Law Firm’s attorneys routinely provide counsel in the purchase and sale of commercial real estate assets, including office buildings, industrial facilities, retail buildings, malls, condominiums, hotels, apartment buildings, and undeveloped land.

The Law Firm’s real estate practice is staffed with highly trained paralegals and attorneys who concentrate full- time on providing clients with expeditious and accurate title searches, ownership and encumbrance reports (“O&E Reports”), title insurance commitments and policies, abstracts, and escrow services.

The Law Firm has invested in contemporary state of the art computer technology that allows for the immediate transfer and receipt of electronic data and the ability to generate title searches, order hard copies, and to produce comprehensive and accurate O&E Reports and title commitments in an expeditious and timely manner. The Law Firm is directly linked to Attorneys’ Title Insurance Fund, Inc.’s (“The Fund”) Automated Title Information Data System (“ATIDS”). The Fund has been providing extensive support for real estate attorneys in the state of Florida since 1948 and ATIDS is the largest and most comprehensive repository of property records in Florida.

The Law Firm was founded in 2003 and has the demonstrated ability to handle substantial requests for O&E Reports and requests for title insurance commitments and policies and escrow services. The Law Firm routinely handles these requests from its clients, which comprise real estate developers, realtors, local and national lenders.

The Law Firm has an experienced staff that is readily able to provide quality closing services. Mr. Powell represents private commercial, industrial, residential and mixed-use developers throughout the land development process including, permitting, zoning, concurrency and platting in Miami-Dade County and its municipalities. Mr. Powell also has significant experience in reviewing title and resolving title related issues. Mr. Powell is also a member of the Florida Bar and admitted to the Southern District of Florida Federal Bar.
