A Miami native, after entering the Florida Bar in 1988 Mr. Templer joined with Mark Hirsch to form Templer and Hirsch in 1989. He is admitted to practice in all Florida counties and Circuit Courts, the Florida District Courts of Appeal and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
Mr. Templer was elected to public office and served as Commissioner in the City of North Miami Beach in 2005, 2006 and 2007. He is a founding member of a statewide Personal Injury and Wrongful Death practice group and is a regular participant in a statewide Personal Injury and Wrongful Death forum. He is an E.A.G.L.E. member of the Florida Justice Association and a member of the Miami-Dade County Justice Association.
Mr. Templer’s practice focuses on serious personal injury and wrongful death. Mr. Templer has received numerous financial recoveries in excess of $1,000,000 for clients.
