Magda is a certified Paralegal and Licensed Title Agent specializing in residential and commercial real estate. She was born and raised in South Florida and is of Cuban decent. Her 15+ years of experience and education in the title field have earned her the title of New Generation Expert. She has been employed by law firms and title companies which have represented clients ranging from corporate giants to first time home buyers. After many years in the industry, Magda decided to go on her own and opened Sun Life Title, LLC. In 2019. She has acted as closing agent for thousands of real estate transactions throughout Florida. She also enjoys giving back to her community and is on the governing board of the West Broward chapter of the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals and the Florida Association of Mortgage Professionals. Through her involvement with NAHEP and FAMP, she is able to contribute her time to helping her community grow and achieve their goals of home ownership. Outside of work, Magda loves to spend time with her 13-year-old son, travel, try new restaurants and cook.
