Ian B. Miller is the Founding Attorney of Miller Trial Law. He focuses his results-oriented practice on passionately protecting the rights of injured victims in catastrophic injury and wrongful death cases.

Mr. Miller brings two decades of experience handling cases involving personal injury, medical malpractice, home health aide negligence, products liability and warnings, automobile negligence, trucking accidents, slip/trip and falls, and commercial litigation.

Mr. Miller has great insight into how cases are analyzed and evaluated by defense attorneys and insurance companies from formerly being a Partner in a prestigious multi-office insurance defense firm where he focused his practice on defending medical providers, hospitals, physician groups, and insurance companies in significant injury and wrongful death cases. This prior defense experience gives Mr. Miller a tremendous advantage in pursuing his passion – obtaining justice on behalf of those who have been significantly injured or lost a loved one because of the carelessness of others.

Mr. Miller has been accepted into the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum, one of the most prestigious groups of trial lawyers in the United States. Membership is limited to attorneys who have won multi-million dollar verdicts and settlements. Fewer than 1% of lawyers in the United States are members of this organization.
