Matt Hochradel is a Vice President and Business Banker II with First Citizens Bank, where he partners with privately held businesses to provide customized lending, depository, treasury management, and banking solutions. Drawing on more than 20 years of experience in commercial real estate finance and business banking, including nearly two decades with Compass Commercial Mortgage, Matt specializes in commercial credit, owner-occupied and investment real estate financing, equipment financing, working capital solutions, and cash management strategies.

Matt is passionate about helping business owners achieve their growth and financial objectives through strategic banking relationships, personalized service, and tailored financial solutions.

He is active in the Risk Management Association's South Florida Chapter, where he currently serves on the Board of Directors as Communications Chair. Previously, he served as Chapter President, Vice President, Secretary, and Chair of Young Professionals. Matt is also active in the East Coast District Chapter of the CCIM.

A Michigan native, Matt is an avid sports fan and musician.
