Judd Koenig

About

Judd P. Koenig is the Managing Partner of Franks, Koenig & Neuwelt and a workers’ compensation attorney with more than 25 years of experience. After beginning his career representing employers and insurance companies, Judd shifted his practice in 2004 to exclusively representing injured workers. His experience on both sides gives him valuable insight into how insurance companies evaluate and defend claims.

As Managing Partner, Judd leads the firm’s growing team while emphasizing mentorship, collaboration and client advocacy. In 2026, Florida Trend recognized him as one of Florida’s Notable Managing Partners for his leadership and commitment to developing attorneys in the field.

Judd earned his undergraduate degree from Emory University and his Juris Doctor, with honors, from the University of Florida College of Law. He holds an AV Preeminent® rating from Martindale-Hubbell and a 10.0 Superb rating from Avvo.

He is admitted to practice in Florida, Georgia, Massachusetts and Illinois and is active in The Florida Bar’s Workers’ Compensation Law Section, Florida Workers’ Advocates and the Palm Beach County Bar Association, where he serves as Chair of the Health & Wellness Committee.

Outside the office, Judd enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, playing padel and staying active.
